Submission screening status fields now automatically update to “Invited” when candidates receive screening engagements through Bullhorn Automation’s Send Engagement step.

The system intelligently references your configured Screening Rules to determine the correct field, whether you’re using a custom screening field or the standard field. This ensures a seamless integration with your existing setup.

Why does it matter?

This enhancement improves visibility and efficiency for recruiters using Amplify Screening.

Recruiters can now easily see which candidates have been invited but haven’t yet started screening versus those who were never invited, directly within Bullhorn. This visibility supports smarter follow-up strategies, stronger conversion tracking, and faster placement decisions.
